ah yes, yet another movie review right after the end of my A levels. surprisingly the rest of 'em who watched with me had one more paper to go - chem 6. waha. don't look at me, I really didn't drag them into it, they just needed a break, I suppose. and majority wanted fantastic 4 but the timings were bad, so we went for....

Ocean's Thirteen
the third installment of the popular steven soderbergh ocean's series. I didn't catch the first one till it came out on tv, can you believe it? oh man, it's such a good movie. very smooth story-line. don't like the fact that the bad guys aka ocean's team always end up winning. I know they're stealing from the bad guys too, but that doesn't make it any better.
al pacino plays a damn evil hotel-chain owner with very bad hair colour, really don't like his character, but I must say, his hotel looks really really good.
I've heard people say 12 isn't good, I never watched, but 13 isn't too bad. steven soderbergh's kinda toying with the concept of baddies stealing from other baddies and tossing out all the serious bits. there's more witty humour in this one than 11.
hence, I give this movie 3 out of 5 currypuffs. :)

p/s: who else is looking forward to transformers? I know I am! plus, it's just adorable when the boys get twinkles in their eyes and start gushing about autobots and megatrons. hahaha.

I'm jealous - I wish I was the one my dad's carrying, not nina. feel so selfish though, cos' little nina was abandoned at dad's, she deserves to be held. how could anyone do that... I remembered having little danial staying at home with us and after a few months, got adopted by my malay teacher's sister. he doesn't remember us anymore, but we still talk about our little could-be brother.
I hope I come back in time to see her, she looks lovely, doesn't she? I can tell why my dad's so happy here.

happy dadda's day in advance. :D
